As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating our technical solutions to prospective customers. You’ll partner with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations, address technical inquiries and gain new business. You’ll also be responsible for understanding customer needs and developing solutions.

Education and experience requirements: These requirements are at the discretion of the CEO: a degree in Ceramic Engineering or Material Science is usually required.
Duties:
Provides technical expertise and engineering support with respect to new part designs.
Review existing parts and processes to implement improvements and/or cost reduction initiatives.
Travels to customer and potential customer locations, as required, to provide technical support and sales efforts.
Provides technical support assistance to production as assigned.
Utilizes education and experience to develop new customers, markets, materials and new applications.
Participate in trade show events as scheduled.
Sales liaison to other departments.
